The EcoFlow OCEAN 2 platform is the core of our storage and hybrid-inverter range. PV modules, mounting, cabling and monitoring come from other manufacturers we supply. The current brand list goes out with every quotation.
Monitoring and handover
Every system we supply runs on the EcoFlow HEMS. It forecasts solar and household consumption, schedules charging around time-of-use rates and allows remote diagnostics through the app, the web portal or PowerInsight. That matters most where the local tariff rewards self-consumption rather than export.
Your installer receives the commissioning notes, the portal access and the full datasheet pack together with the delivery, not a week later by email.
How we supply
Clear availability, per enquiry
Every quotation states the current availability and lead time for the lines you asked about. Stock is allocated when you confirm the order.
Documents with the goods
IEC 61215 and 61730 test reports, the manufacturer declarations and the warranty terms are packed with every line item. That is the paperwork your utility submission and local certification ask for.

Freight your way

Questions we get asked
Who can buy from Solmara?
Businesses only. We sell wholesale to installers, EPC contractors and distributors, and we do not sell to homeowners or end users. If you are a homeowner looking for one of these systems, an installer in your market will quote you for the installed job.
Can I order single components, or only complete systems?
Either. The EcoFlow hybrid inverters and LFP battery modules can be ordered on their own or together, and we also supply PV modules, mounting and balance-of-system from other manufacturers. We are not tied to one brand, so a quotation can cover the whole bill of materials or just the part you are short of.
How do I get a price?
Send an enquiry naming the system size, the grid operator and the delivery address. You get a quotation stating the current availability and the lead time for those lines, and the price holds for 72 hours. Stock is allocated when you confirm the order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. Tell us what the project needs and we quote it — a first order does not have to be a container. Freight cost per unit obviously improves with volume, and the quotation shows that, so you can see where a larger order starts to pay for itself.
What are the payment terms?
Payment in advance for a first order. Once we have a trading history, terms are open to discussion. The binding version is in the terms of sale on the legal page — that governs, this only summarises it.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes in principle: the price improves with quantity. We do not publish a tier table, because the right break point depends on the lines, the destination and the shipment, so the quotation states the price for the quantity you actually asked about. Ask for a second quantity in the same enquiry and you get both.
How does shipping work?
Ex-works Hong Kong, or delivered by our forwarder to ports across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Australia and New Zealand, with the import paperwork prepared. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods; the shipping and documentation terms are set out in full on the legal page.

What warranty comes with the hardware?
The manufacturer's warranty, passed through unchanged — for the EcoFlow OCEAN and PowerOcean systems, ten years from the manufacturer's warranty start date on their published terms. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. We do not extend or alter what the manufacturer offers.
Where do the specifications on this site come from?
The manufacturer datasheets, without paraphrase. Where a datasheet is published we link the PDF; one system in the range has no published datasheet yet, and its row says so rather than carrying figures we cannot source. Ask and we will send what the manufacturer has given us.
